COVID-19 DELAYS INFORMATION
Due to Covid-19, our fulfillment and worldwide shipping times are currently longer than usual and may continue to increase until Covid-19 is under control. Our sincere apologies for the delays. As soon an order is shipped, an email with the tracking number will be sent out.
For faster service, we recommend ordering from our Official DragonForce Teespring Store which is currently running at full capacity!
All orders are made to order and are either shipped from the USA or Europe.

As of July 20th, here are the approximate delays we expect in addition to the estimated delivery times indicated above.
US to US → 5 additional bus. days
US to Canada → 7 additional bus. days
US to Europe, Australia, New Zealand → 10 additional bus. days
US to Worldwide → 15 additional bus. days
EU to US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand → 25 additional bus. days
EU to Germany, the UK → 9 additional bus. days
EU to Spain → 16 additional bus. days
EU to Austria, France, Italy → 12 additional bus. days
EU to The rest of EUR → 20 additional bus. days
EU to Worldwide → 30 additional bus. days
Airlines are easing restrictions on flights, which means we’ll be able to ship orders out more frequently. Right now, there are flights going out to Vilnius, Tallinn, Oslo, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Helsinki, and Munich.
We’re disabling Express and Overnight shipping methods for domestic and international orders from the US as our carriers can’t guarantee fast delivery.
We’re in touch with our carriers and they’ll notify us of any more disruptions. We also recommend you follow your local news for any regional disruptions.

International shipments may incur customs fees.
The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually
based on a variety of factors, such as weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for our customs fees.
Have an issue with your order?
Order Never Arrived
First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, however, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at our contact page making sure you quote your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If an order arrives damaged, then please get in touch with a photo within a week’s time!
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.
